He is having more than 32 years of experience in pumps industry .He worked more than 23 years in various pump industries like K.S.B. Pumps Ltd, Best Engineers pumps Pvt ltd, Tecmo industries and Suguna industries in various senior positions. Earlier the submersible pumps are fitted with ferro-Asbestos/LTB bearings.KSB Pumps is the first company which introduced carbon thrust bearings during his working period.He is the incharge of making carbon bearings in-house. So he is well versed with the technology of carbon thrust bearing manufacturing.
